It snowed in Oregon!

 Dane keeps us entertained! He woke up, went outside and said "Shiver me timbers, it snowed" ! We have no idea where he comes up with some of this stuff!

 This is Claire, Bailee's good friend~ Everyone thinks they look alike. They went to Atlanta this past weekend to the BYU game--and to make it even better, BYU won!!

Derik's Book is on Amazon~

I'm so excited to see Derik's book finally on Amazon! I remember several years ago, sitting up with Derik working with him on this till 2 or 3am~ He found an excellent illustrator--The pictures are all so cute, and really keep you looking and listening to the story! I think kids will really enjoy it! I'm so proud of Derik!! My favorite son in law~

Guess where we're going???

 Yep--Hawaii here we come! I've decided for our birthdays this year, we're going to Hawaii!! I can't think of better birthdays. I haven't told Myrle yet, but I know he'll be thrilled, or tickled (as Derik would say. Ha!) Myrle is already complaining that Colorado is getting too cold~ So I can't think of a better place to defrost!! ha!!
The only thing that would make this even better is if all my kids/grandkids could come too~ Stupid work, gets in the way!

Where is my Hawaiian music?? I don't know what's happened to the music player on our blogs!

Crow Canyon & Student of the month

 We had a busy day, pumpkin picking, Apple picking, picnic in the park, and indian ruins!

 Kolby started out riding our smaller Honda, then jumped up to my 4 wheeler! He loved it---Loved being able to just go outside, hop on, and ride!

I hardly recognize these people---some I just don't!!  This is their 45 reunion~ Guess we'll be having ours next year!! Glad our class is so much younger looking!! hahahaha~

I'm so happy!

I sent Dane a package the other day--just some pj's with his favorite hero's I told him when I first mailed the pkg, so he'd been waiting on it all week---When he finally got it, he kept saying "I'm so happy" the entire time he was opening it!! Of course he promptly put them on~ Next morning: Dane was watching the movie Charlie Brown's Christmas--I guess Charlie Brown went to check his mail box, and there was no mail!! Dane said: "I bet Charlie Brown is sad because his Meemaw didn't send him a package"! This of course makes me want to send him packages every day!! ha!  I love the things this kid says! He's always coming up with something unique! He has first, middle and last names for his dog & cat--- Funny!!
