Daddy/Daughter Dance

 Mallorie was so excited about her daddy daughter dance night--she talked about it for weeks before. Then of course she had to have a new dress to wear!

 Jeremy was really excited too!

 We laughed at Jeremy the next day--his muscles were actually sore from all the dancing he did!

 Mallorie is growing up too quickly! She'll be 10 in a few weeks!

More Broken Ankle

 This is what it looks like now---Won't get the cast for another week--Not sure If I'm excited about that or not..at least this isn't heavy..I'm a little curious what my incision looks like~

 Taryn & the family sent me an edible fruit basket!! It was delicious! I've always wanted one~ So I was thrilled to finally get one~ Such a good daughter!
Speaking of daughters--Misha has been wonderful to cook, clean, and bathe me--I know it can't be fun for her~The twins are great to run errands for me, pick up the pillow for me, get me water, etc. Jeremy is a wonderful cleaner--he vacuums, does dishes numerous times a day, and is always ready to run to the store, and get me whatever I need. Trying to count my blessings--I guess if I had to break a leg, having Misha & her family living with us at the time, was a blessing! Did that make sense? Myrle is great--he is a little overwhelmed..still asks me where to find things/ as if I've been up in the middle of the night hiding them? ha! I'm lucky to have such a wonderful family~

Broken Ankle

On Feb. 4th--Kora's birthday, I fell down the stairs--I guess you might say I skipped a step or two--I'm blaming it on my flip flops~ Anyway, turned my foot backwards--I heard the crack/crunch---knew I'd broken it. We went to the ER, where they Xrayed--and sure enough, it was broken in 3 different places/ 2 different/important bones! They put a temp. cast/boot thing on it..had to wait for several days to get into the doctor. Then scheduale surgery in another 10 days or so---I had the operation on Tues. Where they put in some sort of plate/hinge and several screws. Now I'm waiting for 10 days to go back in and get a cast.

Little Boys!

 Kilee is finally home with Talan--She had some problems with headaches after her spinal/epidural, and then Talan had to go under the lights because he was a little yellow! But they are thrilled to be home!

 Talan Hardy was born Feb 10th--weighed 9lbs 14ozs By C-section!
 

Daddy finally has his little boy! He's such a cutie--love the little chubby bundle, and the smell of a newborn is better than any expensive perfume!

Tomorrow is Taryn's birthday--She is celebrating with Leslie & Richard, Susan & Dan, and Derik of course! I remember so well when she was born, and how thrilled I was to finally have another child, and especially a beautiful baby girl! She's still beautiful!

Storie got glasses!

Storie can finally see! She's been waiting for her new glasses, and can't believe all the things she can see now! She picked out her glasses all by herself! I think she did a good job! She is so cute~

We are in Colorado!

 When we got to our place in Colorado, it was in the teens--and hasn't gotten any warmer today! The snow looks so beautiful--but oh so cold--I do love that crunch when you walk on it~ ha~
