Can you believe all these rolls? She is such a cutie! Kevin and Helen (especially Helen's wonderful food source) are doing a great job with their new little girl! I can't believe how much she's grown since I was here~ She coos and carries on conversations with Mom and Dad like she knows exactly what she's saying!
Myrle has been busy working on Kevin's yard! It needed some mowing and trimming. He was just so happy to see some green grass after all the snow we've been in the past few weeks!
We've already gone to two of our favorite places to eat here in CA--Georgios, and Lobster Shack! Wish everyone could have been here with us to enjoy!
The drive from Kodi's (Klamath Falls, Or) was just beautiful especially around Lake Shasta! Unlike the drive from Misha's (Idaho Falls, ID) to Kodi's!! It's one of those drives that I was glad we did ONCE--but never want to do again!! Flying is the only way!! I'm thinking I could live in Redding, CA--It was really pretty there. Oh, and the most important--I experienced my first EarthQuake!!! Only I didn't even feel it. I have been so "OCD" about earthquakes ever since Kevin and Helen moved to CA--always looked them up on the internet to see when they were having them, and how strong they were--Well after we got to Kevin's --Helen was in the bedroom getting Anabeth fed, and she felt one, but couldn't yell out to us--Anyway I didn't even notice a thing!! Darn!!! Maybe I won't worry so much now at least!!!
Tomorrow is Easter--We plan to attend church at the chapel near Kevin's--and he's doing the cooking! Happy Easter everyone!

Oregon
Today we went to Crater Lake with Jeremy, Kodi and Trenton! I couldn't believe all the snow! And it was so clean and white! They had about 10 feet/ and it was cold--in the 30's. The pine trees still had snow on them-- It looked like Christmas. And of course I had on my crocs with holes!! We didn't do alot of walking, but did climb up a small area, to see the lake. Crater Lake is 1987 feet deep!! It is so beautiful, I don't think I've ever seen water that color! The elevation is around 7000 up there---The skies are so blue and the air just seems so clean!

Storie Ann
Kilee sent me pictures of Miss Storie Ann! They are so cute, it makes my heart hurt--I miss her== I keep checking Christtina's blog to see new pictures of Trevor! Kodi loved his new haircut! It's wonderful being here with the twins, I'm going to hate leaving them. Mallorie has already shed some tears with the thought of us leaving again. And I will really miss Kolby's hugs (bear hugs I might add) It just isn't fun being away from my grand kids! I look forward to seeing Trenton on Friday, and of course Miss Anabeth! I remind myself of my own Granny, we always called her our "Traveling Granny"--she traveled from place to place visiting everyone. And usually spent the most time at our house. I was after all the number one grand daughter. She didn't have a home of her own after Grandpa died in OKlahoma, until a few years prior to her death, and still didn't spend a lot of time there.
We are enjoying our time with Misha, Jeremy, and the twins. It's cold here, but Misha's house is nice and warm--We have them hooked on "Lost"-however Jeremy is ahead of Misha, so she's in one room watching and he's in another--Crazy! But we're pleased they're hooked too!

We all thought these pictures were so cute! Jessica did a wonderful job! Trevor is so cute, and into everything--Typical little boy. He reminds me of his Daddy when he was that age/ only I'm sure he'll walk quicker than Phillip did. I can't believe it's March!! Soon, Myrle and I will be heading for Idaho Falls for the twins birthday, then over to see Kodi & Trenton, and then to the Bay area for some twiddling with Anabeth!! And of course some wonderful sausage bread~
Myrle's favorite!
It's been different having Myrle home all the time! He has a job offer/interview with another trucking company when we return from our road trip--I have mixed feelings!! I kept encouraging the kids to find him a job in NC, ID, CA or OR--so we could move! I'm ready for an adventure, but so far no leads. Guess they don't want us to move nearby! Ha!

Anabeth
Just look how's she's grown! She's one of the most beautiful baby girls I've ever seen! (I'm a little prejudice when it comes to my grand children!!) I just want to reach out and eat her little cheeks!

Mommies!
I thought this was such a cute picture of Kilee and Storie! I've been thinking how lucky I am that my daughters (that means daughter-in-laws too!) are now all moms! There was nothing more important to me than becoming a mother! That is all I ever wanted out of life, and I have no regrets! While still in school many many years ago, my counselor, kept calling me in his office and trying to pin me down to a career--after all that was his job! Anyway, he wanted to me go to college, or do something with my life! Finally I told him, I just wanted to get married and have 6 children, and be a MOM! He never called me in his office again! And the exciting news is that once again I will be a grandma---Kodi is expecting our #11 grand baby-They are having a little baby boy! We're all excited for them, and Trenton is thrilled not be an only child anymore! We know that Kodi is a wonderful mommy, and I know Jeremy will love having another little boy in their family!

Colorado
We've been in Colorado for a week, and it's beautiful. I can't believe how much snow is in our field. It's really high! Still the darn prairie dogs keep popping their little heads out to see if it's melted. Dad has shot several!! Fortunately they haven't been put on the ESL (endangered species list) Ha!! PaPa sees them pop their heads out, and Dad comes running with his shot gun--It's funny, but so far they seem to outwit both of them!
Dad has been painting my bedroom, and office. It's a beautiful green, Tennessee Haze!! He's also spilt paint on the office floor 3 times!!! The Hoover Carpet Cleaner has been amazing! I may invest in it's stock, if Myrle keeps painting!!
I'm missing Storie, and Trevor! Tina is good to keep pictures posted! However Kilee just makes me want to come home to see Storie!
Taryn and Derik came home from the cruise today~well she was almost home, she was waiting for a flight out of Atlanta, after theirs had been cancelled due to bad weather. Bailee said the kids missed them, and cried every once in awhile. I know Emmie will be thrilled to have her mommy home again.
We got to see Anabeth on the computer tonight, I can't believe she is 6 weeks old today, and how much she's grown. Helen has posted lots of new pictures~so make sure you check out her blog. You can see all her cute little rolls! Awww--Kevin and Helen are so hooked on this little precious one--It's great to see that at last!
Attended our ward today, and got to see my old friend Renea and her husband Larry. They were the speakers, so it was fun hearing them talk. She was such a sweet friend. No one ever said anything negative about her--she was just one of those girls! We sang "I Stand All Amazed" which you all know is my funeral song, and it made me cry, so it was a nice spiritual church meeting. Reminded me of so many years ago, when I played the flute to that song in Sac. meeting! I was soooo YOUNG!
We still aren't sure when we'll return to AZ. Steve plans to take Dad on the snowmobiles up at his cabin, so Dad doesn't want to miss out on that~They have to actually ride the snow cats into the property, and snow is up to his deck! Which is really a lot of snow!!
